The Booty & Abs Package comes with 4 workout plans. 3 workout plans for your Gym Workouts, as the workouts change every 4 weeks and The Booty & Abs at home is 1 workout plan to repeat every week. You will pick the plan that suits your workout location and keep the other plan as a spare in case you decide to join the gym or start training at home.



The Booty & Abs package is for anyone wanting to achieve a well rounded booty, have visible abs and improve their confidence. You will choose whether to lose body fat or gain weight ( lean muscle) at the same time. The plan will guide you with whichever option you choose.


The Booty & Abs Plan is suited to anyone that is underweight, healthy weight or overweight. All is explained in the package.


This plan is also suited to all levels. Your intensity and frequency is what determines the difference. Examples being; The heavier the load and the more time under tension the greater the muscle growth and the more controlled and ‘target muscle’ focused you are the better the results. Recovery time is also very important, some people need more time to recover than others, just stick to the plan and you'll be fine.



This plan is designed for you to reduce body fat whilst developing your muscles at the same time. This plan is to primarily develop your glutes and bring out those abs. However, the rest of your body will not be neglected and all muscles will be worked. If you are underweight this plan is also designed to help you to gain lean muscle (without looking like a bodybuilder).


If you are a beginner, It may take a few weeks for you to notice a difference as your motor neurons are learning how to contract the muscles properly. But don’t worry because if you are a ‘newbie trainer‘ your body is hyper-responsive to the stimulus provided by resistance training. So once your motor neurons have got the hang of it you’ll gain on that booty very fast.



Simple... A bigger and rounder booty or a smaller and tighter booty, depending on what option you choose. Visible abs, increased confidence and a phone gallery full of gains!


You strength will increase as the weeks go by and will make everyday tasks seem much more effortless. You will decrease the likelihood of injuring yourself by recruiting all the necessary muscles to support your skeletal frame. The fluid in your joints will be more lubricated and your blood circulation will be much better too. Your cognitive function and motor skills will improve, helping you to get things done and keep you stimulated, alert and focussed.


Your endorphins (The feel good hormone) will be released into the body, making you feel much happier day to day. Better sleep, improved sex drive and the list goes on…
